Falling into my busiest months fo the year....

There is A LOT that goes besides all the baking and without boring you with all the details, I will tell you that baking is my favorite thing to do and always will be my favorite thing to do.

Baking has connected me with thousands of you all over the world and it is at my core the best thing about running a business.

Some of the things that really stress me out, but also keep challenging me, is picking a class schedule and also picking menu items. I LOVE so many things and keep seeing ideas or thinking of new things.

When I started this business, I was told by several people, to not have too many options. I get it! It is overwhelming so I constantly go back and forth with topics for my menu and for my classes.

It is so hard to predict what will be something new, fun and interesting to all of you. Theme nights? date nights? happy hours?? If any of these sound good to you, please let me know. I am here to do my best to teach you fun, and delicious treats that you will be able to recreate anytime.

I am grateful to have taught over 300 classes in less than 3 years and over 50 topics. I honestly went into this thinking I would maybe teach a few classes a month a few months a year. I had NO idea this would be an actual baking school!

Thank you to those of you that have kept up with me through all the schedule changes, updates to the website and the craziness that has been ongoing for the last several years.

I am stepping into my 3 busiest months of the year and hope to see you all in a virtual class soon.
