My students ARE the best students EVER!

My students truly are the best students ever. I learn from my students every single day! I am the Teacher, but the best teachers, are also students themselves.

I love everything from getting the email that you purchased a ticket to hearing chatter in the hallways and seeing your smiles and excitement when you arrive. On the computer, I love hearing the bell sound that someone is in the waiting room, it literally makes me soooo happy!

Every class has its moments of needing to be patient with learning and executing the recipes we are going over. These moments are also something I remind myself of in every class as well.

Baking with each of you and seeing you push through something you have never tried or have tried several times and could not figure out how to get past a certain point, makes me so proud and excited to be there to cheer you on and to guide you.

I love getting to know you, your families and friends and celebrating with you for all of your biggest moments!!!

Everything I know is from trial and a LOT of ERROR! I know that as a teacher, not every class I teach is perfect, but it is real life, I have made many mistakes as I have gone along. I have struggled many times to see how to push through the hurdles and I am always open to sharing my tips on baking, being a solo entrepreneur or any other tips I can share.

The pride and joy in your faces, the excitement and nervousness of waiting or mixing something that may seem wrong, and seeing it actually be right, is one of my favorite things!!!

I love that you keep doing the recipes, keep pushing yourself to try new things that you may or may not have ever heard of or tried before.

I am soooooo grateful to be the one you choose!! I cannot thank you enough. I am looking forward to an amazing Fall/Winter and I assure you it will be amazing! Stay tuned for my Fall/Winter schedule to be posted as soon as I can! It will be worth the wait!
